Scheduling and Office Hours
For an appointment, call our office at 616.738.4420.
- Monday–Thursday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. and
- Friday 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
If you need to cancel your appointment or will be late, please call us. We will gladly reschedule.
After-Hours Care / Emergencies
For serious medical emergencies, call 911 or proceed immediately to the Emergency Room. For urgent medical needs after hours, call our office to be connected to our answering service. They will contact the on-call physician who will call you back.
Prescription Refills
For your convenience, we accept requests for prescription refills during regular office hours. Have the following information ready when you call:- Your name and number
- Patient’s name
- Prescription name and dosage
- Preferred pharmacy
If you are requesting a new prescription or are a new patient who has not yet been seen in our office, we cannot write a prescription. Please call the office to schedule an appointment.
Test Results
We know that patients are eager to hear the results of their tests. We will contact you by phone or mail, or call to schedule an appointment to review the results with you in person. Depending on the test, results can be available in as little as a few days or may take up to two weeks.
